Our Shipping Promise to You

We will make every effort to build your custom gaming PC and ship it between 3-5 business days after the date of purchase.

Standard ground shipping

We offer Express and Overnight shipping service to the contiguous United States. To estimate when your order will arrive, use the chart below to calculate the build and transit time based on shipping method and destination selected.

Shipping/Delivery Pricing - PC Gaming Systems

The cost for expedited and express shipping is based on a flat fee. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating shipping charge for an order. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product description page.

International

Yes. Evolve PCs offers International shipping via UPS with Standard, Worldwide Saver, Worldwide Express, and Expedited. Evolve PCs has the right to charge up to a 17% handling fee for International packages. Shipping rates may vary depending on location, and does not qualify for Evolve PCs’ flat rate U.S. domestic shipping rates stated in any sort of advertisment, or promotional content. Users may use any partner code towards International packages. Evolve PCs has the right to deny service to any country, and/or any partner code. Once the package gets to customs, it is the customers responsibility to pay any fees due, and any packages deemed “lost” or “irredeemable” by customs because of failure to pay duty fees is solely the customers responsibility, and Evolve PCs is NOT liable for lost packages. Current countries eligible for International Shipping are: Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.

How we ship

Your shipment will arrive via UPS. We do require a signature for every delivery. Help is always available through support@evolvepcs.gg

Evolve PCs does not offer shipping to PO boxes unless it is for military. For packages needing to be shipped to a military address please DM us @EvolvePCs on Twitter, or email us for a custom invoice.

Evolve PCs reserves the right to hold any order for a quality or security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Standard ground shipping excludes parts, components, upgrades and other services unless otherwise specified. Shipping surcharges on over-sized items may apply – these charges will be indicated in the appropriate product information pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order if applicable. 

We charge a shipping tax for California and Washington.

For both Domestic and International orders, if a package is deemed “lost” or “stolen” it is up to the courier to trace the package. Evolve PCs will NOT send out a replacement product until we get verification from the courier that the package is confirmed to be “lost/stolen” and will reimburse Evolve PCs for the cost of the product. Without confirmation from the courier it is impossible for us to know if the customer will receive two shipments, if a replacement is shipped out with no confirmation. Most, if not all packages are required to be signed by the recipient. If the package is returned back to our facility, because no one was able to sign for the package the customer will be charged for shipping a second time. Evolve PCs is authorized to charge the customers credit card for any fees related to shipping. 


Once a package has been updated/labeled as “shipped” customers may NOT be able to cancel an order. The package must reach its final destination, and then the customer is eligible for a refund, and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping, and depending on the return a 25% restocking fee may be applied. For International packages, a customer is not eligible to cancel or request a refund because they do not wish to pay for any customs, import, and/or duty/tax fees related to International Shipping. If a package is left at customs and deemed abandoned, because the customer did not pay any outstanding fees, Evolve PCs is NOT responsible and WILL NOT honor a refund or replacement.
