Returns and Cancellations

Buyer reserves the right to cancel any portion of their Order affected by a default of Seller or any insolvency or suspension of Seller’s operations or any petition filed or proceeding commenced by or against Seller under any state or federal law relating to bankruptcy, arrangement, reorganization, receivership or assignment for the benefit of creditors.

Starting 11/26/2021 all systems purchased from this date forward will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee prior to reaching the “BUILD” stage. EXPRESS systems are excluded from cancellation fees.

Any order that has reached the “BUILD” stage will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Orders with permanent custom cosmetic changes that have reached the “BUILD” stage will be subject to the standard 20% cancellation fee along with a deduction for the value of the custom work.

There is a 20% restocking fee for approved returns.

Approved returns for systems that have permanent custom cosmetic changes will have the cost of said changes deducted from the total refund amount along with the restocking fee.

Customers who have requested to return their PC must use either original packaging material or order shipping supplies from Evolve to ensure safe shipping back to Evolve. Evolve will provide a shipping label and packaging instructions to the customer. If proper shipping materials were not used in returning the computer, any damage done to the system will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will not be processed until Evolve has received the system, ensuring that proper shipping materials have been used, along with verifying that the original components are still in the system and their condition is like new. The return label and any additional provided shipping materials will be deducted from the refund along with the applicable restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
